There are already two other videos that I have. We had this meal. With the Prep series, I shared my five make-ahead breakfast recipes and five make-ahead lunch recipes. If you have not seen those, I will link the playlist below for you. Please remember all the recipes you see in this meal prep series will always be 100 % gluten free.

All of them will be paleo-friendly, and a lot will be low-carb or keto-friendly. Let's go ahead and get started. Here is a recipe for my blueberry muffin protein smoothie.

This one is paleo, low carb and low calorie. To make this, you need unsweetened almond milk, frozen blueberries, chia seeds, a high-quality protein powder, and almond butter, and today I'm using one of my favorite protein powders.

In this case, it has the vanilla flavor of the bulletproof collagen protein and a low carb sweetener. If your protein powder does not contain that, then you might have to add something like stevia to the low carb smoothies.

Let's just make it even more interesting, add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until it's smooth and creamy. Now,  if you intend to keep this smoothie in the refrigerator for a few days,  add a little fresh lemon juice, and you're ready to go. Next I'll show you a skinny green matcha smoothie.

Paleo is fine, but you can also make this low-carb by removing the bananas and adding more avocado. Let me tell you what I did. You'll need almond milk without sugar, avocado, banana spinach, ground chia seeds, protein powder, fresh lemon juice and matcha powder.

Mix all the ingredients and blend until smooth in a blender. Don't forget. I will post all these recipes on my blog so that you can print them. Here's a link to one of my favorites in the description box below.

Then. Smoothies with matcha powder are super energizing and boost capitalism at the same time. Are you energizing cacao? It is low-carb, grain-free, and paleo-friendly. It is essential to have unsweetened almond milk, spinach, MCT oil (or coconut oil), avocado, hemp, seeds, cacao powder, and protein powder.

MCT oil or coconut oil can help to increase fat burning from my smoothies because of their medium chain, fatty acids. This  plus this smoothie is great if you're craving something sweet,  and I enjoy having it in the afternoon,  if I need a healthy pick-me-up before moving on to the next smoothie.

Our recipe is for my energizing matcha beet smoothie. Paleo-friendly. Almond milk, a small beet banana, oil, hemp seeds, protein powder, and matcha powder are all needed.

If you're not a fan of beets, I'll have to take your word for it. The banana actually makes it taste delicious, and beets offer numerous health benefits to make skipping them a bad idea. They contain an antioxidant called beta-sitosterol, which is known for its cleansing properties.

It helps to eliminate toxins from the liver and fatty deposits from the bloodstream, and a healthy metabolism means optimal fat loss, which is something we all recognize, and I really think you should try it.

If you try this smoothie, you will be surprised at how delicious it is. Lastly, here's my fat-burning turmeric smoothie. Here is a low carb, paleo friendly recipe, but be sure to start slowly with the turmeric.

You'll need unsweetened almond milk, ground, chia, seeds, MCT oil or coconut oil, and protein powder, turmeric, cinnamon, and ground ginger. Turmeric and ginger are very powerful spices that can increase metabolism, cleanse the body, and reduce inflammation.

This smoothie is one of my favorites. In case I ate a little too much the day before, it can help reduce bloating and inflammation fast. Nevertheless, you want to start slow, especially if you're not used to the taste of ginger and turmeric.

Here is the video five fat-burning breakfast smoothies you can make ahead. So, if you try any of these recipes, please comment below and let me know how it turns out for you. It would be great if you enjoyed this meal prep series.

Hey there, I wanted to let you know what results I've had using a diet called the smoothie diet. The diet has started. In total, I had gained about 70 pounds during both pregnancies and tried many different weight loss methods to lose the weight without any success.

The smoothie diet is so easy to follow, and I was getting cranky just trying to follow everything, or I was hungry all the time. Simply make the smoothies, which taste amazing, and replace certain meals with them.
